To keep our first body in good health and shape we need proteins, carbohydrates, fats, vitamins, and minerals.

All those nutrients are abundantly supplied by the vegetable kingdom.

Combining them with know-how and fantasy, we get light, tasty, and balanced recipes that satisfy our body, mind, emotion, and spirit.

Nourishing, becomes, then, an act of gratitude and celebration.
